The parts we never charge extra for.

Your money, your Stripe

Membership, retail and wallet money runs through your own Stripe account and we never hold patient funds. On payments made inside the app we take a small percentage — 1% on Starter, 0.7% on Growth, 0.5% on Enterprise.

No lock-in

Cancel any time and billing stops at the end of the current cycle. On request we remove your clinic's data.

Keep your booking system

We sit on top of Timely, Cliniko, Fresha, Phorest or Calendly. We never write into your calendar, so nothing can break your diary.

Built for AHPRA rules

Prescription-only cosmetic treatments are never shown with a price or promoted in-app. The app enforces it automatically.

Data hosted in Australia

Managed PostgreSQL in Australia, encrypted in transit and at rest, with each clinic isolated at the database level.

No per-patient pricing

Staff logins are unlimited and you are never billed per head. Starter covers one location and up to 1,500 active app patients; Growth and Enterprise are scoped to your clinic.

Unlimited staff logins

Every practitioner and front desk member gets their own access, with roles that limit what each can see.

Why every 4 weeks instead of monthly?

Because it is honest about what you pay. A 4-weekly cycle is 13 payments a year rather than 12, so calling it monthly would understate the annual cost. Starter is $297 inc GST every 4 weeks, which is $3,861 inc GST a year.

When does Starter actually start costing money?

When your 25th patient joins your app. Until then it is free and no payment is taken. We tell you as you approach 25, again when you cross it, and once more five days before the first charge, so it is never a surprise. You can cancel from the dashboard in a couple of clicks.

Do you take a cut of our payments?

Only on payments your patients make inside the app, and even then the money lands in your own Stripe account rather than ours — we never hold patient funds. The fee is 1% on Starter, 0.7% on Growth and 0.5% on Enterprise. Payments taken at the front desk, in your booking system or anywhere outside the app are not touched.

Should we start on Starter or Growth?

Starter if you want to try it yourself this week without talking to anyone. Growth if you would rather we did the setup, connected your booking system and trained your team. Starter clinics can move up to Growth at any time.

Is the build fee refundable?

The Growth build fee covers the work we do to get you live. It is charged once at kickoff and is not a deposit against the subscription.

Do you charge per patient or per location?

No. Patients and staff logins are unlimited on every plan, and multi-location reporting is part of Growth rather than a per-site add-on.

Can we pay by bank transfer?

Growth and Enterprise build fees can be paid by bank transfer. Subscriptions run on card through Stripe so the cycle stays automatic.
