  • It hands to a person for a medical question, a possible reaction, a complaint, a money question, or anyone who asks for a person.
  • After a possible reaction it stops answering and tells the person to call the clinic, or 000 if it is severe.

The rules it follows

Cosmetic clinics in Australia have strict advertising rules. The AI is built around them.

  • The AI runs in Australia. The AI model runs in Australia and our database is in Sydney. Texts and social messages also pass through the phone carrier's or Meta's systems.
  • A person stays in charge. The AI suggests and answers simple questions. Your team makes the calls. Every AI chat can be taken over.
  • No prescription medicine names. The AI front desk is told never to name a prescription-only (Schedule 4) medicine or say what one costs, and a check blocks the known names before a reply sends.
  • No medical advice. Medical questions and possible reactions go straight to your team.
  • No face predictions. Clinic App has no tool that shows how a face might look after a treatment. The Ahpra rules ban those tools in advertising for higher risk cosmetic procedures.
  • You choose. The AI front desk and the Opportunities AI stay off until we switch them on with you. An owner can turn Ask AI off.

Ahpra cannot approve advertising and has no approval scheme for software. Your clinic stays responsible for what it says. That is why we set the AI up with you.
